In math we have primarily been focusing on number fluency. We have worked on rote counting, recognizing numbers and writing numbers. In addition, we have been learning to compare numbers. One way we do this is through the game "war." The students divide the cards and each student flips over the top card. The student with the biggest number keeps the cards.
